From September through mid-April our gym hours are generally as follows:
Monday 4:00-9:00pm
Tuesday 4:00-9:00pm
Wednesday 4:00-9:00pm
Thursday 4:00-9:00 pm
Friday 5:00- 9:00pm
Saturday 9:30am-2:30pm
Sunday 11am-7pm

Please note: There is not always someone at the front desk during gym hours.  If you require assistance, please contact us.

The gym is closed on some holidays as well as some weekends for competitions.  If you would like to come by for a quick tour, we ask that you give us a call to arrange a time so that we can ensure someone will be there and available to help you.  The gym number is 780-782-5808. If we happen to miss your call please leave us a brief message with your name and number and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
