From September through mid-April our office hours are generally as follows:
Monday 5:00-9:00pm
Tuesday closed
Wednesday 4:30-8:30 pm
Thursday 5:00-9:00 pm
Friday 5:00- 9:00pm
Saturday 9:00am-1:30pm
Sunday closed

The gym is closed on some holidays as well as some weekends for competitions.  If you would like to come by for a quick tour, we ask that you give us a call to arrange a time so that we can ensure someone will be there and available to help you.  The gym number is 780-782-5808. If we happen to miss your call please leave us a brief message with your name and number and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
