Important reminders for ALL programs:
- Athletes must wear a mask for the duration of their time in the gym including during physical activity. It may be pulled down to get fresh air but otherwise masks stay on.
- Athletes will be kept 3 meters apart when doing physical activity.
- Group sizes will not exceed 9 athletes and 1 coach.
- There are no cohort requirements. Athletes may be in as many small groups as they want.
- Parents are not permitted in the gym to watch. Videos will be shared when appropriate.
- Athletes may enter the gym no more than 5 minutes prior to their scheduled start time and must leave the gym immediately after their class.
- We will send additional COVID protocol information to those who register.
Summer Camps
Keep your kids busy and active this summer with a camp at Perfect Storm Athletics!
Activities include:
- Cheer skills including motions, dance & jumps. Stunting is currently not allowed as per AHS restrictions but we are hopeful it will be permitted by the summer.
- Tumbling skills like handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, and walkovers.
- Learn a routine throughout the week and perform it on the final day.
- Daily crafts and non-cheer activities like sidewalk chalk.
Kids camps are for campers age 6-11 and tots camps for ages 4-5. (Must be 4 by June 1.)
Kids camps run 9am-4pm for 5 days and tots camps run 9am-12pm for 4 days.
Note: If we are not permitted to run camps due to COVID, the full camp cost will be credited to your account for any future program.
